SHIPPING & RETURNS
Estrivancus makes national shipments, as well as internationally. All our shipments are made through a local agency. The shipping price will automatically adjust to your location.
The delivery time is between 5 – 20 days, depending on the preparation and the process. Keep in mind that it is a handmade and personalized product.
As for personalized products, no refunds will be made.
International orders are subject to tariffs and taxes determined by the country to which we are sending. These rates may vary by country and it is the client’s responsibility to pay them at the time of delivery. Rejected orders at the point of delivery will incur costs for return shipping and a 30% restocking fee.
We take care of every detail of the footwear and we tailor it for you. For this it is necessary that when placing the order you indicate your measurements very well (you will find how to take them correctly when placing the order) to be able to offer the best made-to-measure product and avoid shipping costs of returns and time.
Estrivancus Eivissa is not responsible if the measures offered by the client are erroneous or unambiguous. If when you arrive an article of ours you see that the size does not fit your foot and before the course of a week, you will be able to carry out the return process. Contact us through the email info@estrivancus.com to indicate the problem and we will send you the address where you must send the product. We are not responsible for the costs caused by changes or refunds. Once we receive the piece in the workshop, we will proceed to evaluate the state of the same, and if everything is correct will proceed to make the change, with the new measures rectified by the customer. Finally the charge for the shipment will be made.
Due to the artisanal production of our espadrilles, the shapes, colors and motives may vary slightly. Therefore we can not guarantee that the product delivered is exactly the same as that represented on the website, there are tiny variations caused by its artisanal production.
Beads and bows can also vary in shape and color.
